SELF

The Southeast LinuxFest is a community event for anyone who wants to learn more about Linux and Free & Open Source software. It is part educational conference, and part social gathering. Like Linux itself, it is shared with attendees of all skill levels to communicate tips and ideas, and to benefit all who use Linux/Free and Open Source Software. LinuxFest is the place to learn, to make new friends, to network with new business partners, and most importantly, to have fun!

The fourth annual Southeast LinuxFest is scheduled for June 8-10, 2012 in Charlotte, NC.

Southeast Linuxfest 2012

Start making your plans now!

Southeast Linuxfest 2012 is scheduled for June 8-10 at the Blake Hotel in Charlotte, NC.

Once we get the new website up and running (RSN) the call for talk proposals will go out and videos from Southeast Linuxfest 2011 will be posted.

In the meantime, hotel reservations can be made online or by calling the hotel at (888) 664-6835 and telling them you're making reservations for Southeast...

Organizing SELF takes a lot of work and organization. Weekly meetings are conducted using IRC on the Freenode network in #southeastlinuxfest.
